Recording Academy names artists who will announce 2027 Grammy nominations Nov. 16

Nominees for the 2027 Grammy Awards will be revealed Nov. 16 by a lineup of Grammy-winning and nominated artists including Olivia Dean, Kehlani, Pharrell Williams, Herbie Hancock, David Guetta, Juanes, Carly Pearce, YUNGBLUD and Ziggy Marley, the Recording Academy said.
The presenters, announced Nov. 6 according to ABC News, will join Grammys CEO Harvey Mason jr. and Recording Academy board chair Chelsey Green. Others on the list include Alan Menken, Amy Allen, Linda Perry, Renée Fleming and Israel Houghton. The special presentation begins at 7:45 a.m. EST at The Square in Times Square, the first time it will be broadcast live from that location, and streams on Grammy.com and the Grammys YouTube channel, with live coverage on “Good Morning America.” The full list will be posted on Grammy.com at 9 a.m. EST.
The Recording Academy’s nearly 16,000 voting members determine nominees and winners. The 2027 awards will include five new categories announced in June: best Asian pop music performance, best Latin song, best traditional pop vocal performance, best R&B collaboration or duo/group performance and best traditional folk album, ABC News reported.
The 69th Grammy Awards will air live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Feb. 7, 2027, on ABC and stream on Disney+ and Hulu.
